As a manager of a Federal Bank, he worked in the implementation of social projects in several Brazilian cities.

Priscilla Andrade,Institutional Director of LARÂ HOPE, grew up having experience in this area, and along with his father Marco Andrade, founded the Hope Home for the benefit of a decent future for children living in situations of risk.
Juliana Calçado and Maria Augustinho Rocha, also founding members of the Lar Hope, joined the project voluntarily because of the heart for the orphans and needy of God's love.
